When the first components of my KITT-software took shape, I slightly modified the voice recognition and replay module. As a consequence, a question is no longer answered by a text-to-speech-engine, but is assigned to a certain soundfile.
The final result is an individual tool mainly designed for replicas, which adds a certain KITT-flair to anyone´s PC as well.

Voice recognition based on Dragons Naturally Speaking (needs to be already installed and running!) with a precision of up to 99%.*
Easily expandable by adding own questions and mediafiles with new "Question-Buddy"
Several Answers can be assigned to one question to be played at random.
Video Animations in WMV-Format can be selected freely.
Pre-Set resolution of 800x600- ideal for most 9" TFT-Screens.
Fixed Voice commands to control the program.
Voice commands possible in german, english, french, italian, dutch and spanish language.
8-Channel-Relayinterface can be controlled via LPT.**

* Note: An original version of Dragons Naturally Speaking (minimum: Version 8) is mandatory to rund KITT-Talk. If you don't have a DNS-Console installed and running, KITT-Talk quits immediately (Errorcode: Component DNSTK10.DLL... missing or invalid)!
**Feature is only available at Windows XP Operating System. Vista and 7 do not support the LPT interface any longer!

Here you can download the complete version of KITT-Talk for free. The package includes just two sounds and a short animation, though, since I am not allowed and do not want to use material which is copyright-protected by the Universal Studios.
